Meet the Owners
Steve and Sarah Bausch are residents of Estrella Mountain Ranch, having moved here from Cleveland, Ohio, in February 2010. It was their dream to eventually retire in the Phoenix area, which came sooner than expected with a company transfer. They have made a strong commitment to their community as evidenced by their building a home in the Greenspointe sub-division and by dedicated 4+ years and countless hours of service to Estrella's various Community committees.

 

They started the business In July 2010 and in 2018 are celebrating their 8th year business anniversary in Estrella. The business has growth has principally been through word of mouth from very satified clients. 

 

Steve and Sarah posess a unique combination of extensive business and retail experience/skills, honed over a collective 55 years. Steve worked 38 years, prior to retiring from The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company at various levels of retail, sales & marketing and management positions. Sarah worked 17 years in retail sales management for WH Smith, a London based operator of book stores & gift shops, located within prestigious hotels and airports throughout the world.

 

Our Business Approach
We are not at all interested in having the largest business in the area. Rather we are interested in running more of a boutique business for a limited number of clients, providing the very best value while establishing strong relationships with each client. We are focusing on Estrella & Canta Mia developments only. We are dedicated to "earning" your business through actions, not words.
