"As a Canadian who owns property in Arizona we found it very important to find a company that we could rely on to look after our house while we were not there. Estrella Home Monitoring Services was the company for us. They went above and beyond what we had expected a property management company to do. They kept us updated on everything that was happening with our property weekly, from mail they felt was important for us to have so they would take a picture of the envelope for us to let us know this had arrived and then send it to us here in Canada. As well they made sure that any deliveries were dealt promptly with by putting them in the house, as well as any exterior concerns (i.e. weeds growing, etc.) which they would advise us of. There was never a time that we had concerns that our home wasn't properly taken care of which gave us peace of mind as we were far away from our second home. We also had them clean our place when we had friends or family stay there and it was always nice to come back to a spotless home. We appreciated the extra services that they provided as well , such as window cleaning. We would without hesitation recommend Steve & Sarah Bausch as a property management company and we know that you would not be dissappointed with their services."

"My family and I purchased a home in the Estrella Mountain Ranch area in Feb 2010. We loved the beautiful area and all it has to offer and found it to be the perfect location for our second home.
